Timothy Keefe is Chief Investment Officer of Dover Asset Management, a family office set up to invest in all asset categories for the purpose of long term capital preservation. Tim was Managing Director at BlackRock, where he was a portfolio manager and head of the Flexible Equity Team from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that he was a partner and portfolio manager for Mayo Capital Partners, which he joined in 2008.

Mr. Keefe spent most of his career at John Hancock Funds. From 1996 to 2000, Keefe was the portfolio manager of John Hancock Large Cap Equity Fund and John Hancock Small Cap Value Fund. Mr. Keefe rejoined John Hancock in 2004 as the Chief Equity Officer (2004-2008), with oversight of over $15 Billion of equity assets, while acting as the lead portfolio manager for the large-cap, small-cap and global equity strategies.  Each attained Morningstar 5 star funds under his guidance.

From 2000 to 2004, Mr. Keefe was Partner at Thomas Weisel Partners where he launched and managed both a hedge fund and a small cap value fund.

Mr. Keefe received a BS in finance from Boston College in 1984 and an MBA from Katz School of Management of the University of Pittsburgh in 1992
